Where we act as a data processor on behalf of a client (for example, when writing software that handles their end users' data), our client's own privacy policy and our Data Processing Addendum with that client govern how end-user data is treated.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, work email, company, role, project details, and any content you send through contact forms, email, calls, or shared documents. During active engagements we may also receive credentials, repository access, and internal documentation that your team chooses to share. We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data through our website.
We collect a limited amount of technical information automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed. This is used to keep the site reliable, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate traffic patterns.
